Shipping policy

Where?

Currently, we only ship to customers in the contiguous United States. This excludes Alaska, America Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and the Armed Forces Americas, Europe, and Pacific.

How?

We ship USPS priority/first class mail.

Credit card authorizations and address verification must be received prior to shipping the order.

Ground shipping typically takes 1 to 5 business days but can take up to 10 business days depending upon the destination address.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at www.usps.com. You must provide a valid email address during checkout.

When?

We ship packages Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

We do not process or ship orders on holidays or weekends.

Costs?

We use price based shipping rates as follows:

  • Standard shipping is $6.00 for orders between $0.00 - $99.99
  • Free shipping is provided for orders greater than $99.99

Disclaimers

Please track your orders. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments or delays in transit once the package has left our facility.

Please ensure that you enter the correct address before completing your order. An order cannot be modified or canceled after checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will be happy to reship the package to a different location at the customer's expense.

Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages damaged during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with their local post office if an item is lost or damaged during delivery.

Undelivered packages. We are not responsible for undelivered packages. If you fail to receive a package, contact USPS. You will need the tracking number provided for the order.
