Refund policy

We hope you love your new SWAT fashion! We have provided as much information as we possibly can about your items in the hope that you will have no reason to return them.

Measurements

Items are measured on a flat lie to help you decide the proper size for the fit you desire, but measurements are approximate. Slight variations up to an inch may exist.

Photos

Exact colors may vary due to computer or phone resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses. We use the best quality photos we can to give you the best possible likeness of the item, but a photo on our end may not look the same on your end.

Quality Control

Every item is inspected for quality to ensure no tears or any other defects exist.

The Policy

Let's be honest, returns are a pain for everyone, but they are a necessity and we understand that sometimes an item just doesn't "fit," for whatever reason. So, here's our return policy.

Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receiving your package.

Merchandise may be returned for online credit only; no refunds, no exceptions. To receive an online credit, you must have or create an account so that the credit can be applied and available for your next purchase. An online credit will never expire.

Merchandise may not be exchanged. A return and an order are two separate transactions.

Merchandise must be in the same condition as it was shipped, basically, the following:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • free from tears

  • free from stains

  • free from odors such as perfume or smoke (cigarette, or otherwise)

  • must not have been on sale, on-sale items are final

  • and, the original tags must be attached

The Process

Send an email to stylewithatwistboutique@gmail.com with "Request for return" as the subject. Include in the body of the email, the order/invoice number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for each item being returned.

Please wait for our response before returning the item(s). We will respond to return requests as expeditiously as possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return for online credit.

If you are approved, then your online credit will be applied to your account. You must have an account to receive credit. If you do not have an account, you will be required to create one before online credit will be applied. If you do not want to create an account, we will either return your item at your expense or donate it to charity.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items are non-returnable.

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for online credit, you will only be credited for the cost of the item(s) returned plus applicable taxes and any processing fees.

You should use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without a tracking number.
